Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Invoisor application or accessing invoisorai.com(collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Invoisor (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Description of service

Invoisor is an AI-powered receipt and invoice management application available on iOS and Android. The Service enables you to:

• Scan receipt images or enter text to extract structured data using AI
• Review, edit, and save receipts with line-item detail
• Organise receipts into AI-suggested or manually created categories
• Track canonical (recurring) items across receipts
• View spending analytics by day, week, month, and year
• Manage multiple currencies with automatic conversion
• Receive push notifications for scan results

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any other person

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Free trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial upon activating their account. During the trial period:

• You may perform up to 3 AI receipt scans per day
• You may perform up to 3 AI categorizations per day
• Full access to manual entry, analytics, and all app features is included
• No payment information is required to start the trial
• There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial period

The trial period begins when you activate it in the app and expires after 7 calendar days. After expiry, your saved data remains viewable but AI features require a Plus or Pro subscription or voucher.

Subscriptions & vouchers

After your free trial, you can continue using AI features with a Plus or Pro subscription. Both plans are activated by redeeming a voucher code inside the app.

Pro — $14.99/month

• 10 AI receipt scans per day
• Up to 120 scans per month
• Higher accuracy scanning

Voucher codes

Invoisor may issue voucher codes that grant Plus or Pro access for a defined period. Voucher codes:

• Are single-use per account unless stated otherwise
• Have an expiry date after which they cannot be redeemed
• Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
• Stack with an active subscription of the same tier (add days to remaining time)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no refunds for unused days.

Data after expiry

We believe your data belongs to you. After your trial ends or a subscription lapses:

• All previously saved receipts, categories, and analytics remain fully viewable
• Manual receipt entry remains available
• AI features (scanning and categorization) are paused until a plan is reactivated
• Data is never deleted due to plan expiry alone

Your data is only deleted if you explicitly request account deletion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or store fraudulent, fabricated, or illegal receipts
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass daily AI scan limits or subscription checks
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or backend systems
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code through the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Intellectual property

Our property

The Invoisor application, website, branding, design, code, AI models, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Invoisor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements without our prior written consent.

Your data

You retain ownership of all receipt data, images, and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Invoisor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.

AI-generated output

Structured data extracted by our AI from your receipts (merchant names, line items, amounts) is derived from your content and is treated as your data. Invoisor does not claim ownership of AI-extracted receipt data.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• AI extraction results will be accurate or complete in all cases
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Invoisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

By you

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact [email protected]with the subject line “Account Deletion”. We will process your request within 30 days.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification or displaying an in-app notice.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the Service and contact us to request account deletion.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the parties, without regard to conflicts of law principles. We aim to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
